Residential Interior Design

I offer a friendly, flexible interior design consultation service. My clients can obtain as little or as much help as they require for their project. This can be a helping hand design service, for example; to get a home ready for sale, to a full turnkey interior design service for a complete refurbishment.

I can also do anything in between, such as incorporating new designs into existing interiors!

The Design Process

I start each project with a free, 1 hour (local to Gloucestershire) on-site face to face consultation. Here we’ll agree the brief and discuss details such as budget and timescales. It’ll give me a chance to get to know your personality and style preference.

I’ll then prepare a moodboard outlining an initial concept which can be delivered to you either digitally or in person. You’ll have time to evaluate and give feedback on what I’ve presented.

Based on the feedback received I then carry out the detailed design work bringing together the furniture, fixtures and finishes. The moodboard will be a unique design personal to your brief, costed to budget, and envisioned through floor plans, visuals and physical samples. You’ll be able to provide further feedback and I’ll tweak the design accordingly.

Following the final design review and feedback I will present you with your interiors scheme complete with a “shopping list” of all the products specified within the design along with any recommended trades for carrying out work required.

What’s next?

Once a design has reached sign off I don’t just walk away and leave you to it – unless you want me too! It can be a daunting and stressful experience dealing with multiple tradesmen and making sure everything on an interiors project is coordinated and running to schedule as well as doing your day job. At the House of Hozier, I can offer a turnkey interior design service working for you throughout the whole process, organising quotations for all major work and overseeing the whole project making sure that the final design is brought to life keeping it as stress free for you as possible.
